Our researchers represented our research group with a number of presentations at the 25th National Conference on Educational Sciences, held in Szeged from November 13–15, 2025. In addition to thematic presentations and book launches, the conference also featured three symposia showcasing our research group’s latest findings:

Our research group’s participation in the celebrations marking the 200th anniversary of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences: Prof. Dr. Gabriella Pusztai initiated a thematic day for the Debrecen Regional Committee of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, where two module leaders from our research group, Dr. Tímea Ceglédi and Dr. Katinka Bacskai, gave a presentation titled “The Sociology of Education as a Mirror and Compass of Society.”
Successful grant application for the Hungarian Academy of Sciences’ Public Education Development Research Program: 14 research groups were awarded grants under the Hungarian Academy of Sciences’ Public Education Development Research Program, including the research group at the University of Debrecen’s Institute of Education and Cultural Studies led by Prof. Dr. Gabriella Pusztai.
